Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery challans.
  • Inspect items for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and damage.
  • Record received items in the inventory system.
  • Report discrepancies and coordinate with Procurement and Stores.
  • Organize and transfer items to designated storage areas.
  • Maintain receiving records and support inventory audits.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any additional tasks or instructions given by the Manager as required.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital experience in inventory, stores, or receiving operations is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
