Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide assistance for hardware, software, network, and peripherals via various channels. Support A/V and conference room setups.
Incident Management: Log and manage tickets, prioritize issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely follow-up.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors on issue resolution and IT projects.
Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment. Handle system updates, antivirus, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Track IT assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of IT support experience.
Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, MCSE) are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking basics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
