Essential Functions:
Customer Support & Service:Provide professional technical support to address customer inquiries on tire usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while also conducting customer training.
On-Site Technical Support & Problem Solving:Conduct on-site inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure tire safety and performance.
Data Collection & Analysis:Record tire usage data and analyze customer feedback to generate reports and propose improvement recommendations.
Internal Collaboration & Report Management:Collaborate with relevant departments to handle customer feedback, submit service reports, and track the progress of claims.
Quality Control & Improvement:Review and process claims to ensure timely resolution, driving continuous improvement in products and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
Professional skills: customer-centric, emergency handling, work planning and executing.
General skills: learning and feedback, internal and external communications, stress tolerance, emotional management.
Computer skills: Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Language: English.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in business.
