Job Summary:

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Executive – Admin & IR with a background in nursing to support administrative and healthcare-related functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling multiple medical and administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring high standards of care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing assistance and basic medical support as required

Manage administrative tasks related to employee relations and healthcare support

Maintain accurate medical and administrative records

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth healthcare operations

Handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Diploma (3 years) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) preferred
