Jr. SEO Executive

We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive to join our team on a night shift basis at our office located in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least one year of SEO experience, ideally with exposure to USA-based websites. The position demands a solid understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques aimed at increasing organic traffic and enhancing search engine rankings. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost website visibility and search rankings. Conduct thorough keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities. Develop and manage backlink building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns to strengthen domain authority. Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor website performance and extract actionable insights. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO initiatives and recommend optimization strategies. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure SEO efforts align with broader marketing objectives. Stay current with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of hands-on SEO experience, preferably working with USA-based websites. Strong foundational knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, and site optimization techniques. Proficiency in key SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical SEO strategies. Experience conducting comprehensive site audits and competitor research. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a dynamic work environment. Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am. Candidates must have a reliable commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with international websites, especially those based in the USA, is highly desirable. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000. The workweek consists of five days, with Saturdays and Sundays off. Opportunities for professional growth are supported through performance reviews every four months.
