Your Role:

As a Junior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to call warm leads (no cold calling!) and convert them into paying customers. You’ll be introducing potential clients to the features and benefits of The WhatBot and how it can automate their customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the company
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of The WhatBot platform
• Handle client queries with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain a high conversion rate through effective communication
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly targets

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Basic understanding of social media and online business tools
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in-office at our Bahadurabad location
