Junior Technical Business Analyst - Job Description

SANDS TECH is currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates who have recently started their career and are looking to gain hands-on experience in business analysis within a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and QA to ensure clear communication of requirements
Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows
Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand and refine business needs
Conduct basic competitor and market research as needed
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to solution design

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals and documentation techniques
Experience in mobile application projects will be considered a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Working Hours: 5 PM - 2 AM
