We are HIRING a Lead Generation Executive in our Sales Team (Night Shift).


 

As a Lead Generation Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, extract, and deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads for our sales team.


 

Youโ€™ll be expected to use multiple online platforms, directories, and communities to source potential clients who are actively seeking or might benefit from professional design services.


 

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and generate high-quality leads aligned with our ideal customer profile (agencies, startups, founders, gamers, entrepreneurs, small and medium businesses, etc.)


 

- Conduct targeted data scrapping and prospecting across:

Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta/Facebook)

Networking forums and online communities (Reddit, Discord, Telegram)

Marketplaces and business directories (Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, Yelp)

Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn groups and other business communities


 

- Identify freelance design project postings and send early proposals or share leads with the sales team

- Build and maintain lead databases and update lead contacts regularly

- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates

- Track lead sources and performance to identify what works best

- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities through daily prospecting efforts

- Use leads automation tools like Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Outreach, etc


 

Requirement and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related role

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter, and scraping tools is a plus

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or any CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

- Strong research, email outreach and data mining skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

- Knowledge or interest in design and creative industries is a big advantage

- Experience sourcing leads for creative/design or digital service businesses

- Familiarity with project-based platforms like Behance, Dribbble, or 99designs

- Active presence or understanding of online communities/groups where founders or entrepreneurs engage

Salary Range: PRK 35K to 80K
