Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist/Executive with expertise in Data Mining, Data Scraping, and Email Marketing to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads and nurturing them through effective marketing strategies to enhance our customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct data mining and scraping to gather potential leads from various online sources.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads into customers.
Utilize tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io for lead generation and management.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
Maintain an organized database of leads and track interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that align with business goals.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest trends in lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role with a strong understanding of data mining and scraping techniques.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with email marketing best practices and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
