About the Role
We’re seeking a self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on identifying and nurturing high-quality leads. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a knack for research, and a proven ability to convert prospects into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Research target markets to uncover new business opportunities
Use CRM tools to manage and track leads
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and convert them into customers
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales
Proven track record of successful lead conversion
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Aptitude for market research and trend analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (a plus)
