Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in extracting leads from freelancing platforms and directories, strong internet research abilities, and a proven track record in connecting with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Scraping and extracting leads from platforms like Bark, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing sites.
Efficient internet browsing and research to identify potential clients.
Connecting and engaging with qualified leads through various communication channels.
Handling both paid and organic lead generation strategies.
Maintaining an organized database of leads and regularly updating status reports.
Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

1–3 years of relevant experience in lead generation.
Strong command over internet browsing and lead scraping tools/platforms.
Demonstrated ability to connect with and convert leads.
Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Bark.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
