Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Iconic Web Media in Karachi. The role involves new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management for the services of Amazon graphics, Graphic design, Web/App Design & Development, UI UX Design, and Digital Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Upwork Account Management and Bidding

- Manage Upwork accounts efficiently.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids to secure projects.

2. Project Management

- Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure successful project execution.

3. Upselling

- Identify and present opportunities for additional services to existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance business growth.

4. Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address client concerns and provide timely updates.

Job Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- MUST. Proven experience of 2 years in Upwork account management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.

Location: Model Colony, near Jinnah Airport, Karachi
Salary: 40000 + Commissions + Bonuses
