As a 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to fuel 𝐀𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 growth. Your primary responsibility will be to source, research, and qualify leads that align with our services and target industries, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-potential prospects for our business development teams. Success in this role is measured not only by lead volume but by the relevance and quality of leads that convert into long-term clients.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:Identify and evaluate potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and other relevant channels. Prioritize leads that demonstrate a genuine need for AI development, IT staff augmentation, or custom software solutions.
• 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Organize and maintain accurate lead databases for effective and targeted outreach.
• 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Partner closely with business development teams to align lead generation strategies with business objectives and evolving service offerings.
• 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: Monitor industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Provide regular updates on lead generation performance, lead quality metrics, and pipeline status to senior management.
• 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets focused on both lead quantity and lead qualification standards, ensuring higher conversion rates and revenue contribution.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Proven track record in lead generation or business development, preferably within IT services, AI solutions, or IT staff augmentation.
• Strong research, qualification, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to accurately assess client needs in AI development, data analytics, and IT staffing.
• Proficient with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs that balance both lead quantity and quality to drive business growth.
