Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee Officer in Sales. Based in Karachi East District, the individual will engage in building and maintaining client relationships and driving sales to contribute to the continued growth of EFU Life. Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and cooperating with the team to create innovative solutions for clients. The role emphasizes professional development and provides opportunities to learn and grow in the insurance and financial sectors.

Qualifications

 

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and presentations
• Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions
• Foundational knowledge in Finance and Budgeting to contribute to effective sales strategies
• Program Management skills for efficient organization and execution of sales tasks
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is a plus
