Role Description 
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee Officer In Sales based in the Karachi Division. The Management Trainee Officer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales plans, coordinating with different departments, analyzing sales data, and providing excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications 
 

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Effective Communication and Program Management abilities
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
