Manager Finance

A Manager Finance is an associate at Creative Chaos who is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization`s financial health and supporting its long-term financial objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of finance and accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Compile monthly financial statements and prepare the monthly financial package for management.
Assist with cash forecasting and monitoring to ensure working capital needs are met.
Maintain a chart of accounts.
Assist with project budgeting.
Prepare grant reporting and filings.
Assist with statutory filings with states, including payroll, sales tax, and property taxes.
Liaise with management regarding financial results, strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc reporting.
Assist each department in the entity to create budgets and efficient processes.
Complete month-end closing of books.
Create revenue recognition according to ASC 606.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Preferably ACCA and related academics. Additional certifications are a plus (CPA, CFA, CMA).
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience preferably in a technology firm.
Experience in US accounting will be preferred.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Basic technological proficiency required, advanced proficiency preferred; willingness to learn a wide range of new technologies and applications.
Shift timings (2 PM to 11 PM).
