Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its clients in the Insurance Sector for the position of Manager – Risk Management. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead enterprise risk management initiatives, strengthen operational resilience, and ensure effective risk governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and Operational Resilience Program.
Support the Head of Risk Management in strengthening the organization's risk governance framework.
Collaborate with Risk Champions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks.
Ensure risks are managed within the organization's approved risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Drive operational resilience initiatives to improve preparedness for business disruptions.
Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and resilience testing across business functions.
Monitor emerging risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare comprehensive risk reports and provide insights to senior management on key risk exposures.

Qualification & Experience
Master's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
6–8 years of progressive experience in risk management, including at least 5 years in the insurance or financial services industry.
Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, CICA, or CISA will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and regulatory standards.
Expertise in operational risk management and business resilience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Leadership skills with the ability to build and promote a strong risk culture.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, controls, and reporting.
Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends.
