Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the position of Senior Officer – Security. We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined professional to oversee gate pass operations, access control, visitor management, and security documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage gate pass operations, visitor passes, and access control systems.
Supervise entry and exit procedures for visitors, contractors, suppliers, and vehicles.
Verify supporting documents before issuing temporary or special entry passes.
Ensure approvals from authorized personnel prior to issuing access cards and passes.
Maintain accurate records of gate passes, visitor logs, and security documentation.
Monitor and control the movement of equipment and materials through authorized gate pass procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding security approvals.
Report urgent security incidents and matters to senior management promptly.
Ensure compliance with security policies, occupational health & safety standards, and PPE requirements.
Support team discipline, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Intermediate (HSC/FSc/DAE). Bachelor's degree will be preferred.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in security operations, gate pass management, access control, or port/terminal security.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit and capable of performing operational security duties.
