Job Description

We are looking for a Manager – Treasury to lead our treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management, strong financial controls, and robust banking relationships across the organization. This role is vital in managing liquidity, optimizing fund utilization, and supporting the company’s overall financial stability. The successful candidate will oversee daily treasury activities, guide the treasury team, and collaborate closely with other finance functions to maintain smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all treasury functions, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and fund utilization to meet the company’s operational needs. Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks to ensure seamless treasury and financial transactions. Monitor daily cash positions to guarantee sufficient funds are available for payments and operational requirements. Supervise the timely deposit of daily collections into designated bank accounts and manage vendor payments to avoid delays and penalties. Review and verify the accuracy of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) across all company accounts. Track and manage cash inflows and outflows through both cash and banking channels. Lead and mentor the treasury team to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls. Conduct internal audits and checks on treasury activities and company expenses to uphold compliance standards. Collaborate closely with the Receivables and Finance teams to streamline cash management and customer collections. Prepare and present periodic treasury reports and liquidity forecasts to senior management. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance treasury efficiency, automation, and control mechanisms. Undertake additional assignments from management that align with departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications
Qualified or finalist in CA, ACCA, or CMA with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in treasury or financial management. Experience is preferred within manufacturing or FMCG sectors. Strong knowledge of banking operations, fund management, and cash flow forecasting is essential. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting are required. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities are necessary to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs 220,000 to Rs 240,000. During the application process, candidates will be asked about their current salary, expected salary, and notice period.
