About Heal Social Foundation
Heal Social Foundation is a registered non profit organization, (SECP, FBR and UN Partners portal) dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through education, skill development, and healthcare initiatives. Our goal is to foster self-sufficiency by providing education, financial empowerment, and sustainable skill-building programs.

We are seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Intern who is passionate about social impact and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage and update Heal's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Create engaging content to promote Heal’s activities and campaigns.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries.
Content Writing & Creative Marketing:
Write compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and reports.
Think creatively to design unique marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop promotional materials such as brochures and posters.
Public Relations & Corporate Outreach:
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate donors and partners.
Draft and send funding proposals and applications for local and international donations.
Represent Heal at external meetings, networking events, and corporate visits.
Photography & Video Editing:
Capture high-quality images and videos of events and activities.
Edit images and videos for social media, presentations, and reports.
Website & Office Administration:
Assist in updating and maintaining Heal’s website.
Support in drafting reports, maintaining records, and general office work.
Training & Workshops:
Conduct small-scale training sessions on relevant marketing and communication tools.
Assist in event planning and execution.
Technical Skills & Learning Mindset:
Work with Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AI tools, and other digital platforms.
Stay open to learning and exploring new tools to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Education: Atleast Intermediate /A-levels or college-level student.
Location: Must be based in Karachi and able to commute to Shah Faisal Colony.
Skills:Strong written and verbal communication (English & Urdu).
Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Basic photography and video editing skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
