Marketing Executive (Fresh Graduates)

Pegasus Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our growing Exhibitions & International Marketing team as Marketing Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start their careers in international marketing, sales, and global trade exhibitions.

The selected candidate will support the team in connecting international companies with our portfolio of exhibitions, while developing strong skills in business development, marketing outreach, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach international companies for participation in our exhibitions.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings with potential exhibitors.
• Assist in building and managing international company databases for marketing and outreach.
• Support in executing targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing content.
• Research and generate international leads for exhibitions Coordinate with international partners and industry contacts.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, and leads in databases.
• Support the team in marketing activities and exhibitor onboarding.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and data management abilities.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and digital communication tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and database handling.
• Self-motivated with an interest in international business and exhibitions.
