Position: Marketing Officer
Department: Administration, Admissions & Marketing
Reports To: Director

Job Purpose

The Marketing Officer / Assistant to Director is responsible for increasing student enrollment, strengthening the school's brand image, supporting the Director in daily operations, ensuring effective communication between departments, maintaining parent satisfaction, and coordinating marketing, admissions, and administrative activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Admissions

  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
  • Generate admission inquiries through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct campus tours and admission counseling for prospective parents.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and admission drives.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
  • Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Build relationships with community organizations and potential partners.

Executive Support to Director

  • Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, notices, circulars, and official correspondence.
  • Record meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Track deadlines and monitor project progress.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and management documents.
  • Assist the Director in planning and implementing strategic initiatives.

Parent Relations & Customer Service

  • Ensure professional handling of parent inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
  • Support parent engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure positive parent experiences during admissions and throughout the academic year.

Event Management & Public Relations

  • Organize school events, open houses, exhibitions, orientations, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate media coverage and publicity for school achievements and events.
  • Collect and promote student and parent success stories and testimonials.
  • Strengthen the school's reputation within the community.

Administrative Coordination

  • Coordinate communication among academic, administrative, accounts, HR, and support departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of departmental reports.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
