Job Overview

Hamsun Hospitality is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Plan and coordinate digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor hospitality industry trends.
• Create content for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support brand building and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
