Strategy & Planning Manager

KEYS Productions is looking for a Strategy & Planning Manager to transform client briefs into impactful event, activation and experiential marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client briefs and develop strategic event and campaign plans.
• Create innovative concepts, themes, and audience engagement ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to strengthen proposals.
• Develop pitch decks, presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Operations teams to ensure execution feasibility.
• Define campaign KPIs and evaluate performance through post-event analysis.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Strategy, Planning, Brand Management, Advertising or Event Marketing.
• Strong ability to convert client requirements into actionable and creative solutions.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and proposal-writing skills.
• Experience working in an event management, advertising or marketing agency is preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and strategic planning tools.
