Description:

Accurately size the oncology market
Identify sources of business including public, private and charity base
Develop stakeholder map and engagement map to drive early success
Map out patient potential (incidence, mortality) in company operated oncology therapy areas
Identify size and scale of competitor set
Build long range forecast and P&L
Develop KEE stakeholder map
Propose go to market strategy and temarktam deployment structure
