Position: Online Sales Executive – Laptop Division

Location: Main Saddar, Karachi

Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM

Salary: Market Competitive + Commission (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries on UAN Call, WhatsApp, Website.
• Guide customers about laptop specifications, prices, and available stock.
• Manage order booking, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with dispatch team for packaging and delivery.
• Maintain sales records and daily reporting to the manager.
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
   

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Urdu + Basic English).
• Basic knowledge of laptops (brands, models, specifications).
• Experience in online sales or customer handling (preferred).
• Must be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented.
