About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relations for our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective procurement, timely delivery of goods and services, and full compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source quotations from suppliers and evaluate vendor proposals
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing best practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
