Key Responsibilities

• Review orders for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all information aligns with standardized reporting procedures.
• Forward incomplete orders for further processing, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Obtain and validate customer information, item specifications, and billing details, entering data precisely into order forms.
• Recommend products or services that best align with customer needs and expectations.
• Inspect outgoing work for adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, using analytical thinking to resolve issues.
• Apply real-world order processing knowledge to support and enhance AI training datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in order management roles such as Order Analyst, Order Clerk, Order Entry Administrator, Materials Specialist, Order Taker, Warehouse Clerk, or similar positions.
• Demonstrable expertise in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced written and verbal communication abilities, especially in documentation and internal/external correspondence.
• Proven customer service experience with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to meticulously inspect and validate order data for compliance and completeness.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging operational knowledge for AI or machine learning projects.
• Previous exposure to AI model training, annotation, or data validation work.
• Background in team mentorship, process documentation, or quality assurance within an order processing context.
