Job Description

KK Traders seeks a dedicated Order Booker to join the sales team, bringing at least 2 years of experience in sales or related fields. This role requires a hardworking and honest individual who owns a motorcycle and has comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Karachi. The Order Booker is responsible for managing sales orders, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and efficiently navigating the city to ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination. Although this position does not involve managing a team, strong organizational and time management skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic role. The Order Booker will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction at KK Traders. This position demands excellent sales administration capabilities combined with local area knowledge to maximize outreach and optimize order handling processes. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are key, as the Order Booker must coordinate closely with sales teams, warehouse staff, and delivery personnel to meet customer requirements timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage and process sales orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all customer requirements are recorded.
• Navigate various areas of Karachi efficiently to facilitate order pickups and deliveries using a motorcycle.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to promote repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure the availability and delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels through feedback from order processing to assist in stock management.
• Update sales records and documentation regularly to reflect accurate sales activity and customer interactions.
• Plan daily routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines within Karachi.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines while on the road and when handling customer orders.
• Report any issues related to orders, deliveries, or client feedback to management promptly.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company products and sales strategies.
