Salary:
We are open to aligning the salary for this role with the salary expectations of the candidate based on the experience/skill level and strong performance during the assessment and interview process.

Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Freight Genie, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new business by selling our services directly to freight brokers. From cold outreach to setting up demos, giving presentations, and closing deals, you’ll handle the full sales cycle. You’ll be representing our brand and helping potential clients understand the impact Freight Genie can have on their business. You won’t just be following a script, you’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-moving team that’s always experimenting with better ways to sell, connect, and close. We’re all about results, not fluff. If you’re hungry, adaptable, and love the chase of a sale, this might be your thing. Heads up: If you don’t hit your daily KPI for booked meetings, you’ll stay an extra hour to strive for it. That’s the standard. We don’t do average here—just effort, output, and results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to freight brokers across the US and Canada.
- Set up and lead demos to pitch Freight Genie’s services effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and keep deals moving forward.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, demos, and closed sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve sales processes.
- Keep detailed records of activity, conversations, pipeline status, and closed deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client pain points to improve your pitches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing services or logistics.
- Experience closing deals and running full sales cycles.
- Neutral or North American accent with excellent spoken English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in giving demos and handling objections like a pro.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Sub-Requirements:
- If you’re into Marvel, DC, Anime, and Gaming, that’s even better.
- Have a great taste in memes. Don’t be a boomer, no offence.
- Can beat us in a 1v1 in Call of Duty, CS, Pokémon, League of Legends, Clash Royale or you know what? Any game.
- Not scared of any of the fancy words mentioned above. Guess what; even I don’t get some of them and I wrote them. Maybe googling them will help.
