Job Overview:

Dylever is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative with a background in courier company sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and have strong sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including businesses, e-commerce platforms, and corporate accounts, to promote Dylever’s courier services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, present service offerings, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales within the courier/logistics industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Karachi.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
