Role Description The Pakistan Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing a Lingua Learn virtual language school in Pakistan. Day-to-day activities include promoting Lingua Learn’s language programs to individuals, schools, and corporate clients, managing local marketing and outreach campaigns, and overseeing enrollment and customer support processes. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s central team on curriculum, training, and platform use, ensuring consistent quality and learner satisfaction. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends in online education, building strategic relationships with local organizations, and maintaining regular performance and financial reporting according to franchise guidelines.

• Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, track performance, and optimize operations.
• Research and Writing skills to develop localized marketing materials and understand regional education needs.
• Training skills to support instructors and ensure high-quality delivery of language programs.
• Experience in education, online learning, or franchise/business management is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple operational responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with competency in basic business planning, budgeting, and sales.
• Fluency in English and local languages in Pakistan is an advantage.
