Role Description

Lumida Wealth is looking for a People Ops Associate to drive high-performance hiring, culture, and people operations in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

We operate with speed, intensity, and precision—where efficiency, accountability, and results are the standard.

You will work closely with leadership to build an elite team, enforce operational discipline, and implement systems that drive efficiency, agility, and relentless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

 

• Identify, attract, and hire top-tier professionals who can excel in a high-performance environment.
• Manage a fast and rigorous hiring process that prioritizes skill, speed, and execution.
• Build a strong talent pipeline to support rapid growth and evolving business needs.

Performance-driven Culture & Engagement

Process Optimisation & Efficiency

• Systematise people operations to enable rapid decision-making and seamless execution.
• Implement cutting-edge tools and automation to improve efficiency and collaboration.

• Experience: 0-1 years in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations in a fast-moving environment.
