As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to help lead the next phase of our growth.

Position Overview

The Managing Director will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing strategic operations, strengthening organizational performance, and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to execute Signifive's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Oversee the operations of Signifive's business divisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead organizational planning and performance management.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Support corporate governance and long-term business planning.
• Represent the organization in meetings and business engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8–10+ years of leadership or senior management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in business development and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple business functions within a diversified organization.
