Social Media Manager

Discount Solutions is looking for a creative, results-driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing software house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

- Create compelling content, graphics, reels, and marketing campaigns using AI and digital marketing tools.

- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the marketing calendar.

- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, AI tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

- Previous experience in a software house or digital marketing agency is an advantage.
