Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated and motivated Phone Banking Officers to join its dynamic team. This role involves managing a large team of 50 persons, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service through effective customer engagement, call handling, and data management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors Degree and possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. In this position, you will be working in rotational shifts, collaborating with your team to meet and exceed company goals. As a Phone Banking Officer, you play a critical role in maintaining and nurturing customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring accurate data entry. The role demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and supervise a team of 50 phone banking agents, ensuring team performance aligns with company objectives.
  • Manage customer interactions professionally and courteously, addressing queries and concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor in all situations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the companys database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and operational efficiency within the phone banking department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout all activities.
  • Work in rotational shifts as per organizational needs, ensuring consistent coverage and uninterrupted customer support.
  • Identify training needs within the team and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Encourage a positive work environment that fosters motivation, teamwork, and high morale among team members.
