Roles & Responsibilities
Effectively carry out In process, Final & other Inspection/process activities & develop analytical reports as applicable
Ensure Finished Good is inspected against defined Sampling Plan, Inspection methods & Standards.
Ensure Data recording & integrity is maintained in inspection process.
Ensure safety of all QA inspection equipment/tools/trolleys etc used in operations.
Ensure an effective Corrective & Preventive action mechanism is implemented in operations.
Ensure Final Inspection Lot clearances are maintained at the optimized level.
Liaison with Legal & Operations Team to deliver regulatory compliance under QA scope.
Actively participate in Food & Health Safety improvement in operations.
Exhibit Leadership in Training & Development of Team & Workforce.
Liaison with Maintenance Team to ensure all QA inspection equipment is calibrated & maintained.
Liaison with Packaging Lab Team for In process Material Rejections Handling.
Lead & Close Customer Complaints for Packaging & Process through CAPA.
Initiate & implement Process Improvement/Operational Excellence activities in operations.
Share Data Analysis for Quality Operations.
Lead & Carry out Warehouse, Distributor & Market visits as per the Departmental Plan.
Any other job assigned by Line Manager/HOD.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS / Btech/MS in any relevant field
5 Years in Quality Operations of FMCG
