Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in various market segments.
Product Promotion: Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain & present different financial & statically reports
Team Management: Manage a team of professionals from different markets & strategies.
Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Emails, and CRM software.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
7-8 Years of Retail Sales Experience in Automotive Parts, Lubricants, FMCG, or Construction
Exceptional Team Handling Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
