Project Manager (Design, Development & eBook Publishing)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift Only)

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects related to Graphic Design, Web Development, Mobile Applications, and eBook Publishing. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple design, development, and eBook projects simultaneously.

Coordinate with designers, developers, writers, and clients.

Create project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Handle client communication and project reporting.

Conduct team meetings and assign tasks effectively.

Ensure quality standards and project objectives are achieved.

Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of Project Management experience.

Strong understanding of design, development, and publishing workflows.

Excellent English communication skills.

Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work on-site during night shifts.
