We are hiring for one of our clients seeking Radiology Residents (PGY-3 and above) to support an AI evaluation project within diagnostic radiology.

Position Overview

Selected physicians will collaborate with research teams to evaluate and improve AI-generated clinical reasoning in radiology. The role involves designing advanced diagnostic case challenges and developing structured, gold-standard solutions that assess complex medical reasoning.

This work focuses on nuanced, real-world radiology scenarios requiring subspecialty insight and detailed clinical interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced radiology case scenarios across diagnostic subspecialties
• Create gold-standard diagnostic answers with clear reasoning pathways
• Emphasize complex differentials, edge cases, and multimodal interpretation
• Provide structured feedback on AI model reasoning and performance
• Maintain high levels of clinical accuracy and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• PGY-3 or higher in an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (if applicable to training stage)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in Musculoskeletal Radiology and/or Neuroradiology
• Academic or teaching experience
• Experience developing case-based assessments or structured rubrics
• Advanced experience interpreting complex MRI or subspecialty-heavy imaging

Work Authorization
