We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage appointment scheduling and office calendar
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and phone systems
Previous receptionist or customer service experience (preferred)
