Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Provide information and support to visitors and employees.
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
