Recovery Officer – Real Estate

Al Ghafoor Group is seeking a dedicated, professional, and customer-focused Recovery Officer to join our team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch, Karachi.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 45,000

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Friday

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers regarding pending installments and outstanding payments.

• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and digital communication channels.

• Ensure timely recovery of payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts departments regarding customer payment status.

• Update recovery records and prepare daily follow-up reports.

• Handle customer queries related to payment schedules and account information.

• Achieve assigned recovery targets while maintaining service quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recovery, Collections, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Real Estate.

• Real Estate industry experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and presentable personality.

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Candidates residing in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal will be preferred.
