Job Description:

ICE Karachi Campus is looking for a proactive and people-smart Recovery Officer to join our Accounts & Finance team. If you’re someone who can follow up with professionalism, manage financial records like a pro, and ensure smooth fee recovery — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding student dues
• Communicate with parents/students via calls, emails, and in-person
• Maintain accurate recovery logs and generate reports
• Coordinate with accounts/admin to resolve discrepancies
• Escalate unresolved cases to management in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (educational sector preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and record keeping
• Organized, persistent, and detail-oriented
