📢 We’re Hiring: Operations Manager. 

We’re looking for a responsible, consistent, and motivated individual to join our team onsite and grow with us long-term.

Position: Operations Manager / Junior Project Head
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift
Location: Nazimabad/shadman town

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Ability to understand and manage team workload
• Capable of managing client deadlines and priorities
• Ability to handle backlogs and keep projects on track
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Consistent, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Available for a full-time night shift
• Willing to commit to the company for at least 12 months

Training, Stipend & Contract:
The selected candidate will complete a 1-month unpaid training period. During the training month, a monthly stipend will be provided to cover fuel/commuting expenses.

Upon successful completion of the training and satisfactory performance, the candidate will be offered a full-time contract with a minimum 12-month commitment.
