Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager Bancassurance to join a reputable bank in the banking sector. This role involves working onsite in Karachi, contributing to a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has four to five years of relevant experience in client relationship management within financial services, particularly in bancassurance. The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in promoting general insurance products, building customer trust, and providing tailored financial advice. This position demands excellent sales and negotiation skills as well as a strategic approach to cross-selling insurance solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth. The Relationship Manager will not manage a team but must demonstrate independent initiative in generating leads and achieving monthly sales targets. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this permanent role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 150,000 to 170,000. Responsibilities
 

  • Promote general insurance products effectively at assigned bank branches to increase penetration and awareness.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Generate new sales leads by identifying potential clients and leveraging existing customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and consistent follow-up.
  • Provide expert financial advice based on clients needs to tailor insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Employ cross-selling strategies to promote additional insurance products and enhance product portfolio uptake.
  • Collaborate with bank staff to integrate bancassurance services seamlessly within the branch operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to offer informed guidance to clients.
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records to support sales processes and reporting requirements.
