Job Description

E-Commerce Solutions is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based position designed for individuals who are confident in sales and motivated by performance-based earnings.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close sales remotely. A stable internet connection is required, while a laptop or desktop is preferred (the role can also be performed using a smartphone). Basic English proficiency is essential for communicating effectively with customers and the team.

Compensation:

• 20% commission on every successful sale
• Typical commission ranges from $40–$100+ USD per successful sale, depending on the product purchased.
• No fixed monthly salary
• Unlimited earning potential based entirely on your sales performance.

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and delivering a professional customer experience. This is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing other employees. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
 

• Generate leads through Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
• Guide customers throughout the purchasing process while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with customers.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
• Represent E-Commerce Solutions professionally and uphold the company's reputation in all customer interactions.
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and sales activities when required.
• Work independently in a remote environment while consistently achieving performance goals.
