**Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – EPC/Installer Segment**
**Location:** Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Mardan, Peshawar

**itel Energy** is hiring a **Retail Sales Executive** to lead sales in the **EPC/Installer** segment. The ideal candidate must have experience in **solar energy** sales and a strong grip on client handling, sales tracking (SI, SO, ST), and market growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop & manage EPC/installer client relationships
* Drive new business in the solar EPC segment
* Track sales inquiries, orders & transactions
* Provide regular reporting & CRM updates
* Coordinate with logistics & after-sales teams
* Gather market insights and client feedback

**Requirements:**

* Experience in solar industry (EPC/Installer segment) is **mandatory**
* 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Familiar with CRM tools & reporting
* Bachelor's in Business/Sales or related field
