As the Senior Sales Executive, you will focus on engaging ecommerce brand founders in key niches such as fashion, supplements, and electronics, guiding them through an effective sales process designed to demonstrate significant cost savings and operational benefits through ZM Expresss fulfillment solutions. You will execute a targeted outbound outreach approach, respond promptly to inbound leads from Meta advertising campaigns, facilitate warehouse tours, and create customized proposals that resonate with client needs. This role demands a proactive and self-driven mindset comfortable with CRM tools and data analysis to support proposal development and client qualification. Success in this position paves the way for career advancement to a Sales Head role, alongside the opportunity to play an instrumental role in the companys mission to become Pakistans leading tech fulfillment partner. Reliable communication in English and Urdu and a consultative sales approach are critical to effectively serving the companys high-value clientele and ensuring sustained revenue growth.
Responsibilities
 

  • Perform outbound prospecting daily by identifying and contacting over 30 qualified ecommerce brands through channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage and respond to all inbound leads generated from Meta ad campaigns within 15 minutes, conducting qualification calls instead of messaging to ensure high engagement and lead prioritization.
  • Conduct 3 to 5 detailed warehouse tours each week for qualified prospects, showcasing fulfillment operations, demonstrating cost calculators, and explaining benefits such as shipping cost savings and return-to-origin reductions.
  • Develop tailored proposals addressing each brands unique requirements and financial incentives, integrating accurate cost-saving calculations and operational advantages to facilitate contract negotiation and closure.
  • Close sales deals consistently, focusing on signing fulfillment clients with strong potential for monthly order volumes of 500+ units, specifically targeting ecommerce sectors in fashion, supplements, and electronics.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover of newly signed clients to the operations team to ensure flawless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Implement a structured 7-day follow-up system for leads to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Request referrals from clients 30 days post-onboarding to build a referral network that expands the companys client base within the ecommerce sector.
  • Utilize CRM software and basic data analytics to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and to optimize outreach and proposal strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated sales team of two professionals, setting performance targets, coaching on sales techniques, and fostering a results-oriented environment.
  • Meet and exceed defined monthly performance goals, including inbound response times, outbound conversation quotas, warehouse tour bookings, and number of deals closed.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic sales initiatives, process refinement, and key account negotiations to align with the companys growth objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ecommerce fulfillment industry, including operational challenges such as return rates, cash-on-delivery management, shipping logistics, and inventory turnover to provide valuable consultancy during sales conversations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and professional communication practices in all client interactions and contract negotiations.
  • Continuously improve sales playbooks and strategies by leveraging market feedback, sales metrics, and competitor insights to optimize client acquisition and retention.
  • Drive sales efforts with a consultative approach, diagnosing client pain points and crafting tailored solutions rather than applying a generic pitch.
