Sales & Marketing Manager (Domestic)

Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our domestic growth. You will be responsible for navigating multiple industry channels, managing the end-to-end client relationship, and identifying opportunities to expand our product footprint within our established client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Implementation: Execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across various domestic channels and industrial sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring meticulous follow-up at every stage—from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Product Development: Collaborate with existing customers to identify needs and develop new product lines (fibers, yarns, fabrics) to grow account value.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of domestic market shifts to position our offerings competitively.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience specifically within the textile industry.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Pakistani textile market, including current trends, seasonal shifts, and industrial developments.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical foundation in textile materials (natural and synthetic) and manufacturing processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Please note: This is an in-person position. Working hours are 9:30 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday and 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday of each month.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per hour
