Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Karāchi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services to potential clients, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Associate will also be involved in market research, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of HR outsourcing services is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
